Muhle-sein, Muhle-sein, left Saturday morning for Cedar City, where she will be met by Earl Johnson of Los Angeles, Calif., whom she is to. wed Tuesday Tues-day at Cedar City. Following1 their marriage, the couple will leave for Boulder dam, the Grand Canyon and other points of interest. SIX PROJECTS WIN APPROVAL v ' Six projects in the FERA pro-N pro-N gram amounting to a total of $5,654.09 and providing for the hiring of 97 men' were received Saturday morning by Charles Hopkins, county chairman, as having been approved by the state officials in Salt Lake. Grading and graveling two strips of road in Manila, north , of Pleasant Grove, one running fiorth from the Manila ward church house and another running west from a point south of there. This is a county project, costing $1889.80 and will use 16 men, 10 of them teamsters. Deepening the main drain on the Benjamin Drainage district by 18 inches for 7-8 of a mile, $569.06 with 16 men to be used. Developing water from a 107-acre 107-acre tract at Steele Springs in Provo canyon in the sum of $2020.74 with 46 men to be employed. em-ployed. PROTHERO PASSES AWAY Mrs. Lillie Mav Harrison Proth oro. 48, wife of Jesse W. Prothero, 447 West Third South street, died at the Aird hospital Saturday morning at-1 o'clock. , ' ! . Mrs .Prothero had been ill since January and had been bedfast for 11 weeks. She wa taken to the hospital Wednesday where she un- Y der went an operation for gall- -N- stones. Death was due to cancer of the liver, according to the hos- pital report. She was born in Provo, May 22, 18867a daughter of the late William Wil-liam and Annie K. Harrison. She had alwaysNjived here and was married to Mr. Prothero, Septem- her 15, 1906. She "was a member of the L .D. S. church and the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. Surviving are her husband, two sons, Walter and Dean Prothero; one grandson; four sisters, Mrs. William Thurgood and Mrs. E. W. Redman, Eureka; Mrs. Henry Ellison, El-lison, Mrs. Earl Graham, Provo; and one brother, Walter Harrison, Pocatello, Idaho. Funeral services will be held Thursday in the Sixth ward 1 1 chapel.
