NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND BONDS TO BE ISSUED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant pur-suant to the provisions of the Utah Local Government Bonding Act, Title 11, Chapter 14, as amended, that on October 9, 2007, the Ashley Valley Water and ' Sewer Improvement District, Uintah County, Utah (the "Issuer"), adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") in which it authorized the issuance and sale of the Issuer's Taxable Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 2007B (the "Bonds") in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($550,000); the Bonds to bear no interest, to mature in not more than twenty-five (25) years from their date or dates, and to be sold at a price not less than ninety-nine percent (99) of the total principal amount thereof. The Bonds will be issued pursuant to the Resolution and a Final Bond Resolution to be adopted authorizing autho-rizing and confirming confirm-ing the sale of the Bonds (the "Final Bond Resolution") for the purposes of (i) financing the costs of constructing sewer system improvements and related improvements improve-ments and, (ii) paying the costs of issuing the Bonds. A Notice of Bonds to be Issued was published pub-lished on October 17, 2007. Effective May 5, 2008, new statutory statu-tory provisions apply to the issuance of bonds by the Issuer. To assure compliance with the new statutory provisions, the Issuer provides this additional addi-tional notice and calls a public hearing with respect to the Bonds. .
