Vernal Dinahmites return from annual goodwill tour The Vernal Dinahmites left on Friday the 18th for their annual goodwill ambassador tour with their first stop in Roosevelt and a tour of their new senior and community center. The group continued on to Salt Lake City and had lunch with the East Valley Chamber of Commerce. The next stop was in Tooele and a visit to Camp Wapiti. Camp Wapiti is sponsored by the Elks Lodges throughout the state of Utah and is dedicated to children with special medical needs and challenges. chal-lenges. Wyo., has recently been awarded a $2,500 University Scholar Assistantship for the 2000 - 2001 school year at Eastern Washington University. The assistant consists of a $500 scholarship award and a work-study position in her area of academic interest.
