Union will battle second se-cond place region team Manti, Friday, Fri-day, May 16 in Manti at 3 p.m. Union ripped region champion, Parowan, a 1-A school, 11-3, Tuesday in an away game. The Cougars lost five games in one week to Wasatch, Lehi, twice and Emery, but have recovered with two wins over Grant-sville Grant-sville and a triumph over Parowan. The Cougars owned a 9-1 lead over Parowan after five Innings. Union scored two runs in the second inning for a 2-0 lead. Mike Olsen and Ryan Eldredge were walked and scored on a double by tenth grader, Tommy Olsen. Union increased its lead to four runs at 51 with three counters in the third inning.
