This was one of the branches threatening the roof of the business below when the weight of the snow and the wind put pressure on the rotted limb. ' 7 I Giant cottonwood being sawed down Mr. and Mrs. David Anderson of Idaho Falls, Idaho visited with Lorin and Beverly Merkley and Boyd and Enid Hatch and families while here to spend the holidays. Tony and Darylene Machado and Robert Merrill of Salt Lake City visited with Wayne and Pamela Mer-rell Mer-rell and children over the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Hall, Mr. and Mrs. Jed Hall and children of Morgan, Utah, visited with their parents, David and Trevelene Hall for the holidays and also with the Richard Jolleys, the Evan Halls and Marcelo and Mary Paz. Fred and Virginia Gilles spent Christmas in Bountiful at Lynn and Tamra Lund's home. Berkley Hall went to Orem to bring his mother, Arthella Hall, to Maeser, where she enjoyed Christmas with her son's family. She also visited with Jim and Rebecca Richards and family fami-ly in Naples. Clay Hatch was at home with Claude and Barrslena Hatch for Christmas and also visited with Randy and Gina Massey and son. Russell Ferguson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Ferguson, spent the Christmas holiday home from Snow College in Ephriam. Kirk B. and Becky Fleetwood and their daughter, Ashley, Laramie, Wyo., are spending the holidays at the home of their parents, Roger and Marlea Beckstead. Bob and Teriann Nash of Butte, Mont., where Bob is attending the College Col-lege of Mineral Science and Technology, are visiting family and friends and parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray M. Nash. Mr. and Mrs. Roger Hacking and boys spent a few days in St. George visiting Ricky and Alisa Massey. The Raymond Bascom family held their annual Christmas family party in Santaquin at the home of Dale and Jcri Bascom, Dec. 29. Attending from Maeser were Raymond and Ilia Bascom, Barta Serrano and children and Arlyn and Nina Pace and children. Mr. and Mrs. Dcryl Tischncr of Murray, Mur-ray, parents of Vickey Barton, came to share Christmas at the John and Vicky Barton home.
