Ryan said the combined value of the five bottles is $816, making the disappearance a high-dollar case for one in Park City involving missing or stolen alcohol. He led the work in a series of categories, such as how traffic moved, the safety of pedestrians and the noise. The firm, known as Fehr & Peers, also inquires about the methods people used to remain informed about the roadwork. Fehr & Peers also wants people to identify whether they are a business owner or a manager of a business, a Parkite or an employee. Meanwhile, the survey seeks to learn about the effectiveness of methods the workers used to keep traffic flowing. The survey wants people to rate the methods using the responses of 'very effective,' 'somewhat effective' and not effective. The methods included detours, partial road closures and sending traffic onto private property to get through the construction zone. For more information about the survey, contact the two people who coordinated the public-relations efforts for Fehr & Peers. Police investigators want to learn who had access to the nightclub at that time and want to interview them, he said. Ryan said it was not clear whether the champagne was taken for personal consumption or whether the bottles might be put up for sale on the black market.
