Show Page makes the most of time with children WEST BOUNTIFUL Little did Mark Page, the Clipper Great Dad from West Bountiful, know that he would end up taking care of baby rabbits. However, after being a dad for ten years and being the father of three, not much would surprise him. So, taking care of baby rabbits has become just part of being a father. Mark likes to spend as much time with his children as he possibly can. If that includes taking care of baby rabbits, then so be it It also includes in-cludes a lot of other fun things, like baseball, swimming, waterskiing and lots of pizza. This father knows the importance of spending time with his children. He stated, "Our time with our children is short, we should make the best of it!" Fortunately, Mark and his children both love to spend their time getting pizza. While Mark is also spending time with his family scuba diving, snow skiing, camping and playing baseball, he is taking every opportunity oppor-tunity to teach his children the values of life. Mark explained that the toughest part of being a dad is teaching young and innocent children what they need to be taught. Mark considers himself a strict parent, but one that shows lots of understanding. He certainly understood what would make his family happy when he and his wife arranged a surprise trip to Disneyland for them. The children thought they were taking Dad to the airport on a business busi-ness trip. When they arrived at the terminal. Dad handed each child a ticket to Disneyland. According to Mark, "They were surprised, but they were happy.' It is this type of caring and involvement in-volvement that made Mark's family nominate him for the Clipper Great Dad. |
