Show The processing technology to be utilized utiliz-ed will involve settling and filtration. Approximately 2 million gallons per year of used oil will be processed for recycling. Administrative approval of this application ap-plication will be granted unless a substantive objection is filed within IS days after publication of the notice, by a person authorized to participate as a party in this adjudicative proceeding. If such an objection is received, an informal infor-mal adjudicative hearing will be scheduled before the presiding officer of the Division.
