Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse at 50 East State Street, Farmington, Utah on JULY 1, 1991 AT 9:00 A.M. of said day for the purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust dated December 3, 1986 and recorded December 4, 1986 as Entry No. 0763174 in Book 1128 at Page 296 in the official records of Davis County, State of Utah, executed by CLAUDE VAUGHN AND LARENE VAUGHN, husband and wife, as Trustors, in favor of Mountainwest Savings and Loan, (a Utah corporation), as Beneficiary, with the beneficial interest having been assigned as-signed to First Gibraltar Bank, F.S.B., covering the real property located at approximately ap-proximately 15 West 700 North, Bountiful, Boun-tiful, Utah, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 18, JUDGE HOLBROOK SUBDIVISION, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office. Title is currently vested in DAVID V. GOUDY AND SHERRIE GOUDY pursuant to a Warranty Deed dated March 30, 1988 and recorded April 1, 1988 as Entry No. 8020585 in Book 1226 at Page 1074 of official records.
