Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 25th day of June, 1991, at 10:30 A M, at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State and Main, Faimington, Utah 84025, in the County of DAVIS, State of Utah, by BANC-PLUS BANC-PLUS MORTGAGE CORP., as the current cur-rent Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by LOUIE D. FITCHES and ROXANNE F. FITCHES, husband and wife, as joint tenants, with full rights of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, as Trustor, recorded May 9, 1986 as Entry No. 736113, in Book 1087, at page 1069, of the official records of DAVIS COUNTY, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of CAMERON-BROWN COMPANY, a North Carolina Corporation, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was lcuuued February 20, 1991, as Entry No. 918304, in Book 1396, at page 642, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: Lot 53, ORCHARD HILLS, PLAT "D", a subdivision of Cof Section 12, Township 1 th. Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of North Salt Lake, according to the official plat thereof, on record in the offices of the Davis County Recorder. Property Address: 359 East Barry Circle, North Salt Lake, Utah 84054 Record Title Holder: LOUIE D. FITCHES FIT-CHES and ROXANNE F. FITCHES, husband and wife, as .joint tenants with full rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as is in said note and by law provided.
