Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, May 15, 1990, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, on the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, 50 East State Street, Farmington, Utah, at 12:00 Noon of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing foreclos-ing a trust deed executed by RICHARD H. FRANCE and LEONA H. FRANCE, as Trustors, in favor of ZIONS FIRST NATIONAL BANK, as Beneficiary, and recorded August 4, 1986, as Entry No. 0746656 in Book 1103, Page 837, of the official records of Davis County, State of Utah, covering cover-ing real property located at 190 South Main, Centerville, Utah, and more particularly par-ticularly described as: Beginning at a point 2.13 chains South of the Northeast comer of Lot 8, Block 21, BIG CREEK PLAT, Centerville Townsite Survey, in the City of Centerville, and running thence South 1.015 chains along the West line of a street; thence West 12.573 chains, more or less, to the East line of the Bamberger Railroad Right of Way; thence North 3.145 chains along said right of way to the North line of said Lot 8; thence East 8.823 chains, more or less, to a point 3.75 chains West of the Northeast comer of said Lot 8; thence South 2.13 chains; thence East 3.75 chains to the point of begiraiing. Notice of Default was recorded November 29, 1989, as Entry No. 876461 in Book 1325, Page 190 of said official records.
