Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction ti the highest bidder on the 1st day of July, 1992, at 9 a.m., at front entrance of the Davis County Courthouse, 28 East O State, Farmington, Utah, in the County of Davis by KAY M. LEWIS, Trustee, and WEST ONE BANK, UTAH, as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by NU-STONE, INC., as Trustor, and recorded March 9, 1990 as Entry No. 884805 in Book 1340 at Page 348 Oof the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of said beneficiary by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded November 20, 1991, in Book 1451 at Page 635 as Entry No. 948671 of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property located at 464 West 1600 North, Bountiful, Utah: Beginning on the East line of property conveyed to the State Road Commission by Deed recorded in Book 135 of official offi-cial records. Page 601, being the West Line of Grantor's land, and on the North line of Page's Lane at a point which is South 285.72 feet and East 306.06 feet from the West Quarter comer of Section 18, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, S.L.M., and running thence along said North line of Page's Lane South 89 degrees 38'2(T East 134.86 feet; thence North 0 degrees 01 '34" West 279,54 feet along an existing fence line; thence West 134.86 feetf more or less, to the West line of Grantor's land; thence South 0 degrees 11' West 279.54 feet, more or less, along an existing right-of-way fence to the point of beginning.
