Arizona. - The University cross-country team battles Utah State in their first home meet Saturday at 11 a.m., featuring the comeback of Utah ace Scott Bringhurst. Sidelined by a pinched nerve, the nationally-ranked Bringhurst missed the Olympic trials and has not run competitively since early in the summer. Complementing Bringhurst are Dave Robertson and Mark Dulaney, the second and third finishers in Tempe last week. Utah State was beaten badly by Brigham Young a week ago, and was also the victim in Utah's best showing last year. However, the Utes were also beaten badly by Arizona State last Saturday in Tempe, but without the services of Bringhurst and second-seeded Ute Roger Ellis.
