Testimony should concern provisions of the bills sponsored by Sen. Moss, Rep. McKay and Rep. Lloyd. All are now different. Written testimony will be accepted then also. The major part of the house subcommittee is expected to attend the hearings. The Sierra Si-erra Club and related environmentalists plan to make statements and so do ranchers ranch-ers from different areas of southern Utah. The proposed trans-Escalante highway should be the major issue of debate. |
