The program is experimental ex-perimental in nature, that is, learning is facilitated by doing. The group is trying to maintain an unthreatening and structured workshop as opposed to a sensitivity sen-sitivity session. The group's goal is to aid participants par-ticipants in learning what kind of resources they have in the terms of ideas. As it stands, leaders make all decisions and end up with a directed approach. Through the workshop, people will have a chance to learn how to make their own decisions and take actions to change their own or someone else's interests. The workshop is set up for different dif-ferent people with different ideas experimenting with different learning patterns. The group, consisting of Grace Gal eg0s, Jim Schuster and jQe Welch, hope to get away from the totally male dominated leaders a"d get a more balanced selection. |
