Highlighting the week-long program pro-gram of guest speakers will be Mr. James P. McFarland, elected chairman chair-man of the board and chief execu- tive officer of General Mills in 1969, and Mr. John E. Angle, executive vice-president of production pro-duction for U.S. Steel. Mr. McFarland will speak Tuesday Tues-day at 8 p.m. in the Union Ballroom Ball-room on "Business' Social Responsibility Re-sponsibility in the Product Market of the Future." Before he became chairman of the General Mill board, Mr. McFarland served as president and chief executive officer of that company. He has been a member of the board since 1963. Mi. Angle will discuss "Business and the Environment" Wednesday at 8 p.m. in the Union Ballroom. r He has served in many various positions in U.S. Steel including vice-president of industrial engineering, engi-neering, administrative vice-president in the steel production divisions, divi-sions, administrative vice-president of production services and administrative vice-president of steel operations. In 1969 he was r elected executive vice president of production. Max Beers and Ray Hixson, members of the steering committee com-mittee for the Utah Spaceport Center, will deliver a presentation, -"Spaced on at Wendover," on Tuesday at noon in Mark Greene Hall.
