Show Bankrupcy, education economics to be discussed Business Lecture 101. The remaining three lectures in the series will be given on April 14, 17, and 21 respectively. 'Dr. Benjamin Higgins, professor of Economics at the University of Montreal, will give a talk Tuesday on the "Economics of Education Declaration of Bankrupcy", as the first lecture in a series sponsored by the University of Utah's Department of Economics. The series, which will include five lectures is part of a Department of Economics projection "The Role of Education, Industrialization and Economic Growth." Dr. Higgins, in addition to being professor at Montreal, is the director of several missions to underdeveloped countries on behalf of the United Nations and Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for International Studies. The talk will place paticular emphasis on the role of the United Nations in the education and development of underdeveloped economies. The first of two talks to be presented by Dr. Higgins, will be given free of charge at 7:30 p.m. in room 101 of the Business Lecture Building. The next will be given on April 3, also at 7:30 in |
