Show Edilorial Who's batter ? Desic!3 voe yeus'seStf Students have an opportunity to meet one of the candidates for governor Friday. Carl Buehner, Republican, will address members of the University community at noon in the Union East Ballroom. Since the governor's position so effects the University, it is undoubtedly wise for students to find out just what type of men are running for this office and what their positions would be. Calvin Rampton, Utah's incumbent governor and Buehner's opponent for the office, will also be invited to address members of the University community at a later time. Thus, students can make a sound choice between these men if they take advantage of the opportunity presented to them to get to know the two men. Such interest is vital since the Governor is the man who, among other things, chooses the Board of Regents, the Coordinating Council of Higher Education. Any candidate who effects campus life on such a great scale deserves a change to be. heard and an audience to hear him. Hopefully, the ballroom will be packed.
