Show Local Happenings Literature meeting of Bingham Ward Relief Society will be held Tuesday, February 21 at 10 a.m. at the church. Lesson will be given by Mrs. Blanche Reid. AH ladies of the ward are invited. West. Jordan Stake youth conference con-ference will be held Saturday, February 18 at 7:30 p.m. at the West Jordan stakehouse. The MIA will furnish rides to the conference for girls ages 12 to 20. Anyone wishing a ride should contact their teacher. Mrs. Norman T. Jacobsen was hostess to the afternoon birthday club at her home in Copperton on Thursday of last week. Mrs. T. R. McNeilis was a special guest. The lovely bride is a daughter; of Mrs. Ethel Beckstead, 23 1 East 5th South, Salt Lake City, ami the bridegroom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. William Robert Jenkins of Copperton. For the ceremony and reception recep-tion that followed the bride was radiant in a ballerina length gown of re-embroidered lace over ov-er tulle and taffeta. The bouffant skirt features a deep llounce of nylon tulle. A pert bolero jacket topped the molded bodice. Her fingertip veil of sheer illusion was held with a circlet of seed pearls and rhinestones and she carried a bouquet of roses and , gardenias. I Dressed in printed sheer of white with turquoise, was matron mat-ron of honor, Mrs. Glen L. Pace, sister of the bride. Other attendants, attend-ants, dressed similarly, in printed print-ed sheer of white with pink, were Mrs. C. B. Golson, also a sister of the bride; Miss Catherine Cather-ine Scott and Mrs. Calvin Reed Brown. Their flowers were white baskets holding pink carnations. Flower girl was Cindy Brown. Brown, consolation; Mrs. Howard How-ard Harker, bingo and Mrs. Al Ablett, draw. A gift was presented pre-sented to Mrs. Pete Smith, outgoing out-going president.
