Show Great Issues Dr. Sterling M. McMurrin's "History "His-tory and the Search for Meaning," will be presented as a final paper in the fifteenth annual Great Issues Forum Wednesday night in O S H Auditorium. Also appearing on the program presented by the Department Depart-ment of Philosophy and the Division Divi-sion of Continuing Education will be E. E. Ericksen, distinguished professor of philosophy and dean of the University Graduate School, philosophy instructor William N. Whisner and Associate Professor of history and Associate Dean of the College of Letters and Science, and Dr. Alfred A. Cave, who will take part in discussion of Dr. McMurrin's McMur-rin's paper. Dr. McMurrin's paper probes the tangible consequences of the his-,'- tory-conscious western mind. There is no charge for the lecture and the public is invited. |
