Show Gymnasts Face WAC Champs Saturday should prove to be an important day for the University of Utah gymnastics team. That is the day that they meet the defending defend-ing Western Athletic Conference , gymnastic champions, Arizona, in Salt Lake. The meet will be in the Einar Nielsen Fieldhouse and will start at 1:30 p.m. The results of t h e meet should give a good indication of how Utah's gymnasts will fare in the WAC meet, which will b2 held March 22 and 23 in Tucson. Arizona Strong Although Arizona has been beaten by both Arizona State and New Mexico this year, they still have to be considered strong contenders for their sixth straight WAC gymnastics gym-nastics title. Arizona coach Glenn Wilson feels that he has "potential- ly a better team than last year's." The same is true in Utah's case. Utah coach Larry Anderson's gymnasts gym-nasts were looking forward to giving giv-ing Arizona a strong test in t h e conference championships last year when Mike Kimball broke his leg in a meet with BYU. Kimball is back this year with a healthy leg and is considered the favorite in the all-around. He has been defeated only once this year in the all-around. all-around.
