Show Symphony Hosts Skitch Henderson Skitch Henderson, one of the entertainment world's most versatile versa-tile musicians, will be featured with the Utah Symphony and the University of Utah Acapella Choir Friday night in a concert of popular popu-lar works at the Salt Lake Tabernacle. Taber-nacle. Noted as a conductor, pianist and telivision personality, Skitch Henderson Hen-derson is at home with both classical classi-cal and popular musical forms. The concert will feature such works as Gershwin's "Short Story," Bernstein's Bern-stein's "West Side Story," and Andre An-dre Previn's "Overture to a Comedy." Com-edy." Later in the evening Skitch will lead the orchestra from the piano, in Broadway favorites. Tickets for the concert can be purchased at the Utah Symphony offices, 55 West First South, or at ZCMI ticket counters. |
