For the first time in many years, Milford's labor organizations organiza-tions will march in a downtown parade, starting at 9 a. m. In- eluded in the line of march will be all of Milford's Little League baseball players, and immediately immed-iately following the parade they will play a doubleheader baseball base-ball game. The races start at 2 p. m. at the fairgrounds, .with 8 races of six horses each. Inter-sperced Inter-sperced will be the more popular popu-lar of the Gymkhana events, such as pole-bending, ring-j ring-j spearing, whirl and stake races, etc. There will be special entertainment enter-tainment between races, Mr. Tolley said, and the Jayceea will sponsor a dance in the evening at St Bridget's Hall. |
