Show William H. Evans William H.' Evans, 69, died in the Iron County Hospital Sunday Sun-day after a sudden illness. Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Wednesday afternoon iij the First-Third Ward chapel, under direction of Bishop Howard How-ard C. White. The prayer at the home was by Bishop White. Prelude and postlude music were by Mae C. White. President Wallace Yardley gave the invocation, and the services were as follows: Song, "Lay My Head Beneath a Rose,!' Vilda Smith. ' Remarks, Richard Jones. ; Remarks, S. Taylor Farnsworth. Farns-worth. Musical number, "Oh My Father," Macel Horton. ' Speaker, Carlos Murdock. Quartet, "Shall We Meet Be-1 Be-1 yond the River," Milo Baker, Karl Farnsworth, Newell Warr and Sherman Carter. Benediction, Melvin Brad-shaw. Brad-shaw. 1 The grave was dedicated by David Littlefield. Pallbearers were Dennis Man-J Man-J hart, James Brooks, Wallace 5 Manhart, Spencer Stevens, Neil Bradshaw and Wayne Limb. Mr. Evans was born June 8, j 1887, in Beaver, a son of John 1 T. and Catherine Griffiths ' Evans. He married Annie Bell Limb on Sept. 25, 1907, in the ' Salt Lake Temple. |
