Parlor games were played and prizes were awarded. Delicious pie and ice cream were served, after which Mrs. Miles unwrapped many lovely gifts. Special guests were i Mrs. Mary Gillins of Beaver and s. Beulah Wunderlich of Milford. Mil-ford. Mrs. E'eanox Marshall was re-' re-' cipient of a lovely birthday party in her honor last week when the 'v'arsha?.! families called to enjoy en-joy an evening playing rummy and checks. A plate lunch was enjoyed. Mrs. Marshall received many nice remembrances. The following former Beaver girls spent Tuesday visiting at j Beaver with their parents: Mrs. ' Joanne Eyre, Mrs. Merle Gillins, Mrs .Vie Louise Black, and Mrs. Emily Gillins. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Gillins and son Peter arrived Friday evening from Ogden to enjoy the week-end hunting season and to visit relatives. On Saturday Sat-urday evening they motored to . Caroline Marshall, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rex Marshall, enjoyed a birthday party Monday. Mon-day. She is now 9 years old. Many friends arrived to enjoy the party and refreshments of fudgsickles, gum and candy. Miss Marilyn Wood, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Wood, ) reached the age of 8 years on Wednesday and a party was given in her honor. She received re-ceived many nice gifts. Mrs. Nola Morris of Draper, and Mrs. Loretta Evans of North Creek spent Saturday visiting their sister, Mrs. Luella Rollins and family. Ken Rasmussen and son Vernon Ver-non and John Rasmussen and son of Salt Lake City spent several sev-eral days enjoying the deer hunt in this locality. Ken Rasmussen is a son-in-law of the Verne Rol-linses. Rol-linses. Walter Pearson entered the L D S Hospital Saturday where he underwent an operation on Monday.
