Show Popping Kt Off i V" MAIN STREET REPORTER . Main St. will soon have Doc Kohler back administering to the public, looks like, as we have seen him putting in an appearance ap-pearance quite regularly as of late. "Popper Off" will pull in his horns, after all we hear about the Parowan game. We've always al-ways believed right is right and wrong to be wrong, therefor can't justify the decision handed hand-ed down by the Regional Board. Maybe it all depends on where you come from and who you know, and who's horn blows the loudest. Heard we were all wet on the brickbats to the cattle owners and that an apology is in order - seems that the particular place we mentioned was merely the most expedient arid handy for the feeding of said ca'.tle. Truly sorry for any feelings we may have caused. At this point we'd like to mention, possibly to save Steve a "poke in the nose," that this column is NOT written by Steve and we hope that we can remain re-main anonymous, as our nose is especially allergic to punching. So, if anyone has their feelings hurt by whatever we say, we'd suggest a friendly little rebuttal in the manner of an answer. If we are proved wrong, we will be he first to admit it. 'Nuff sed? Three big, loud cheers to the "Bike Rider's Mother" for a most sensible answer to the bike parking problem. Should be both inexpensive and worthy, wor-thy, as a project for one of our civic organizations. Do I hear of any volunteers? Lions Club, Legion. Business Men, or Ci'y Council? DIDJA KNOW? Our Xmas Tree on Main St. is still standing and is worthy of much unfavorable comment. Let's get it down! (Maybe they're saving it for next year; don't get so riled up. Editor). Some individual(s) have broken every window in the Old Library building even though it is a definite fire trap! That it wasn't the fault of a following of townspeople that l Milford lost to Fillmore at Delta Saturday night. Support was there in droves and the read up, you may add, was lousy (Huh, Bud James, Doug Peterson, Ben Gooper, etc?) Refereeing, too, we hear, was most good. BOUQUETS & NOSEGAYS To the Corner Drug Store and personnel for their very efficient effi-cient (and thankless) handling of the tickets for the ball games at M H S this year and years past. We would recommend this job (without pay as it is now) to any or all of those who criticize the method by which this job is handled. Tain't easy, McGee! No Brickbats this week, tho we're cooking up some lulus for next week's edition if'n conditions aren't cleaned up. Neighbors, look around. THUMBNAIL SKETCH One of Milford's earliest settlers, set-tlers, a freighter of early days, raises one of the finest gardens in all Milford and does most ot the work himself. .
