Show Mother of local man dies here . Funeral services were held Wednesday in Melba, Idaho, for Rosa Eberhard, 84, who died October 12, 1969 in the Utah Valley Hospital of a heart ailment. ail-ment. She had been visiting in Springville with a son, Ernest J. Eberhard Jr., and family. Mrs. Eberhard was born December De-cember 9, 1884 in Beuttlebrun, Germany, a daughter of Johann Jacob and Christine Steinke Gebart. She was married to Ernest Eberhard on October 1. 1908 in Stuttgart, Germany. He died in July 1956. She and her husband came to the United States in 1912 and homesteaded in the Melba area. She was active in the LDS Church auxiliary organizations during her lifetime. Survivors besides Mr. Eberhard, Eber-hard, of this city, are three other sons and a daughter and grandchildren.
