Show SHS 'Senior of the Week' ' Clark Bishop, congenial student stu-dent body president at the Springville High School, is the initial "Senior of the Week" as this year's class members will be featured weekly with their picture and writeup under the direction of Jan Nielson. Clark, who is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bishop, besides being occupied with the president's presi-dent's responsibilities, is active in many other school functions. He has prticipated for the past five years in the advance placement place-ment English classes. He has served as junior class president, is active in drama and Thespian's Thes-pian's organization and played a major role in the successful production, "The Star Spangled Girl." He was active in varsity wrestling last year. He is a member of the National Na-tional Forensic League and is an avid debater with a mind of his own. Clark has a wild sense of humor and is always ready with a joke. President Bishop maintains a grade point average of 3.85 and Clark Bishop was a sophomore class scholar He has completed his seminary program and is active in the LDS Church. With the tremendous leadership leader-ship ability that Clark has, the school year of 1969-70 at' the Springville High is sure to be a success. Jan Nielson |
