The topping of Miracle Whip Salad Dressing adds the last and perfect flavor touch. Princess Cherry Mold 2 3-oz. pkgs. cherry flavored Miracle Whip Salad Dressing gelatin 1 8-oz. pkg. Philadelphia 2 cups boiling water Brand Cream Cheese 1 cup cold water Vi cup chopped maraschino Vi cup syrup from fruit cocktail cherries 2 cups (1-lb. can) fruit cocktail, Vi cup chopped nuts drained Dissolve cherry gelatin in boiling water; add cold water and syrup. Chill until slightly thickened; fold in fruit cocktail. Pour IV2 cups gelatin mixture in lV-quart mold; chill until firm. Gradually add Vi cup salad dressing to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Stir in cherries and nuts; spread over molded gelatin layer. Chill. Pour remaining gelatin mixture over cream cheese layer; chill until firm. Unmold; top with additional salad dressing. Makes 6 to 8 servin'gs. |
