Show Applicants get IRS test rules Applicants for the exams necessary to qualify to practice prac-tice before the Internal Revenue Rev-enue Service can now get the application forms at the Utah District Office. The examination will be giv-e:i giv-e:i in the Utah District Office on September 29 and 30, 1969, for tax practitioners who are not attorneys or certified public accountants. Roland V. Wise, District Director Di-rector of Internal Revenue for Utah, emphasized that the right to represent clients In tax and other matters before IRS is limited to persons who meet the highest standards of technical proficiency and ethical ethi-cal conduct. Applications, accompanied by a fee of $25 payable to the Internal In-ternal Revenue Service, should be sent no later than August 31, 1969 to Director, Audit Division, Di-vision, Internal Revenue Service, Ser-vice, Washington, D. C. 20221 |
