Show Have problems? attend 10-week counsel seminar ' nj Families with problems are invited to attend a ten-week . family counseling seminar free of charge at Brigham Young University which began Monday, Mon-day, March 17. . . The sessions will be held in College Hall on the BYU lower campus from 7 to 9 p.m. each Monday, headed by Dr. Betty . Harrison, director of the BYU Education Center, a clinic for pupils with learning disabilities. She said all kinds of family . disorders will be considered fighting, delinquency, disobed- ience, tantrums, overindulgence, ,handicaps, finances, and what-: what-: ever else shows up. , i The first hour each evening will be devoted to lecture and the second hour to case investigations investi-gations of families present. An actual family will be presented, its problems reviewed and a classroom discussion held on solutions. Lecturers will be Paul Smock J and Kathie Hendrix, both doc-i doc-i tor's degree candidates in the Department of Child Develop-. Develop-. ment and Family Relationships. A separate playroom will be provided for small children. |
