Show Ifew6 Yjoted . . . Back in this country after a two year's stay in Malaysia are Mr .and Mrs. Fred J. Bon-ney Bon-ney (Naomi Boyer) and two small children, Philip James and Patricia Ann They were the house guests for a month with Mrs. Bonney's parents, Mr .and Mi"s. Arthur C. Boyer in this city. Several family dinners, gatherings, ga-therings, and social activities were all a part of their stay here. The Bonneys also visited with friends and relatives in Springville, Provo, Orem, and Ogden, and they attended programs pro-grams at BYU. Mr. Bonney was an instructor instruc-tor at the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur while in Malaysia. Mr and Mrs. Bonney are former graduates of BYU, where both were active in participants par-ticipants in many musical organizations. or-ganizations. Naomi was also affiliated with White Key, Spurs, Alpha Lambda Delta and Phi Kappa Phi. She was designated as the most outstanding outstan-ding music student in her graduating grad-uating class of over 1100 seniors sen-iors for 1960-61. Mr. Bonney was concert master of the concert con-cert band and clarinetist in the BYU S y m p hony Orchestra. They also served two years with the Peace Corps in the Philippines. Mr. and Mrs. Bonney and children have gone to California to make their home in Palo Alto, where Mr. Bonney will receive re-ceive his master's degree from Stanford University in development develop-ment education and anthropology- Lynn Williams has returned to Fullerton, Californnia, after being here for the funeral service ser-vice of his wife, the former Nettie Peirce. Also here for the services were Mr. and Mrs. Otto Fry of Maywood, California Califor-nia Thev are visiting here another an-other week prior to returning home. An intelligent individual is interested in getting facts on all questions, even when they run counter to his, or her, own predictions. The laboring man is often healthiest and happiest man in his neighborhood. |
