Show Scalmanini rites held on coast Funeral services were held last Wednesday in Ukiah, California, Cal-ifornia, for Don Scalmanini, husband of the former Melba Roylance, formerly of this city. Mr. Scalminini died of a malignant ma-lignant brain tumor January 18, 1969 in Ukiah. Burial was in that city. Mr. Scalmanini was employed employ-ed by Standard Oil. He married Melba Roylance September 21, 1936 in Peno, Nevada. He is survived by his mother, Irene Voorhies of Ukiah and his wife and two sons, John of San Francisco, California and James of Salinas, California; also two grandsons. He had been ill for the past year. Attending the services from here were Reta Kelly and Ar-nold Ar-nold and Hugh Roylance who flew down and returned Sunday. Sun-day. Mrs. Scalmanini returned with them because of the illness ill-ness of their mother, Maud Roylance, 87, who is confined to the Payson Hospital. I M |
