Show Senior 'Student of the Week' f ! -i Linda Harmer is the daugh-two-year membership in the mer. She has participated in several extra-curricular activities activi-ties which include three-year membership in the Ski Club, two-year membersship nn the Thespian, CAA, and Pep Clubs and is also a member of the a cappella choir. As a sophomore, sopho-more, she was in the Honor Chorus and was also a member of the Model United Nations Club. Linda was one of four girls chosen to represent Springville at Girls State last June. She is a member of the National Honors Cotillion this year. During Dur-ing five years of 4-H work, Linda received six blue ribbons rib-bons and one red ribbon. She recently participated in Region 4 small groups festival where her quartet received a superior rating.She has appeared appear-ed in six school plays including includ-ing "Enter Laughing," in which she played the lead role last year and was in the Nun's Choir in "The Sound of Music." Mu-sic." Linda has taken part in several sschool assemblies and directed and helped to write this year's Senior Assembly. Linda Harmer She was committee chairman for part of the Preference Ball decorations. Linda has earned five individual indi-vidual awards and is a seminary semi-nary graduate. Her grade point average is 3.61. She plans to continue her education at BYU or Utah State. |
