Show Funeral rites held for Earl L Jensen Funeral services were held Tuesday in Springville Stake House for Earl L. (Cub) Jensen, Jen-sen, 47, 44 So. 8th East, who died Friday, Oct. 20, 1967, in Utah Valley Hospital, of an extended ex-tended illness. Bishop Lawrence Law-rence Lynn of the Fifth Ward officiated. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery directed by Berg Mortuary, with military rites conducted by Post 5787 VFW, with Commander Leonard Zo-bell Zo-bell in charge. Mr. Jensen was born June 5, 1919, at Grace, Idaho, a son of Otto and Jeanette Wilson Jensen. Jen-sen. He was married to Norma Nor-ma D. Hamilton July 25, 1943, in Colorado Springs, Colo. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army. He ' was graduated from Richfield ; High School and attended Utah ( State University. He was a member of the LDS Church. He has been employed as an operating engineer in several western states. He came to Springville in 1955 where he has since resided. He was a former member of the Moose Lodge, the Disabled American Veterans. His hobby was gardening. gar-dening. He is survived by his widow of Springville; a son, Rick Jensen of Springville; three brothers and one sister, Hugh L. Jensen of Brigham City; John Merrill Jensen of Salt j Lake City and Mrs. Gale j (Faye) Anderson of Layton. J i Earl L.
