Show Companions hear fine program Excerpts from the play "Our Town," were presented by three BYU students, Margaret Dy-ring, Dy-ring, John Shepherd and Jim Good, before members of the Companions Club Thursday evening eve-ning of last week. Mrs. Anita Miller was hostess at the home of her sister, Mrs. Collette Binks. The students were introduced intro-duced by Jeri Winger. Other numbers on the program pro-gram included a medley of piano pi-ano music by Mary Bird and a vocal solo by Dorothy Stewart, accompanied by Mrs. Bird. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Rawlinson also al-so furnished a vocal duet with Mrs. Bird, accompanist. The club collect was read by Marian Jacobsen and the legislative leg-islative council report was given giv-en by Anna Lee Strong. The next meeting of the club will be held November 17, at the home of Donna Ralphs, when Beverly Clark will be in charge of the program. |
