Show irevitieA ... Mrs. Faye Hayniond has returned re-turned from an enjoyable trip to Calif., in company with her son and daughter-in-law, Dr. and Mrs. David Haymond and daughter, Mindy of Dugway. While Dr. Haymond attended a convention in San Francisco, the women visited in Palo Alto, Calif., with another son Phil Haymond and wife and three children. Phil is an engineer with Stanford University Research Re-search Dept. Going to California Calif-ornia they crossed over Don-nor Don-nor Pass which had sixteen inches in-ches of snow. Enroute home, they stopped at Reno, Nevada, and visited Mrs. Haymond's brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Averett. A number of Springvillo relatives rel-atives and friends were in Clearfield Sunday evening to attend the farewell testimonial for DavTd Heath, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Heath, who is going to the Great Lakes. Attending At-tending from here were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sanford, the grandparents; Mr. and Mrs. Dee Hatch, Mr. and Mrs. Ar-vil Ar-vil Ence, Mr. and Mrs. Deaa Bird, Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Hjorth. Burton Harmer, formerly form-erly of Springville presided as bishop of the ward and Mr. Heath, also a former resident of this city, is a counselor to him. |
