Show Virginia Randall dies; Services held Whitaker with Irene Hyatt playing the prelude, postlude music and Henry Randall gave the invocation. Musical selections consisted con-sisted of a vocal solo by Bill Whitaker and a vocal duet by Bill and Bonnie Whitaker. The speakers were Dr. J.S. Prestwich and Dee Cowan with remarks by Bishop Larry Olsen. The benediction was offered by Sam Gentry and Milo Randall dedicated the grave. Interment was in the Wasatch Lawn Cemetery in Salt Lake City Monday, March 24, 1980 at 2:00 p.m. under the direction of the Spilsbury and Graff Mortuary. Virginia Whitaker Randall 67, died March 19, 1980 in the Valley View Medical Center in Cedar City. Born Dec. 20, 1912 in Hatton, Ut to Joseph C. and Minnie Bingham Whitaker Sr. Married Clarence C. Randall May 23, 1936 in Salt Lake City, Ut. Virginia was a member of the LDS Church and graduated from Millard High School. She was part owner and co-founder of the 7-Up Bottling Co. in Cedar City where she worked as a secretary. She was a member of the Cedar Bowling and Golfing associaton and was a Lady Elk. She is survived by her husband Clarence of Cedar City; 4 brothers and 5 sisters; Harold of Washington, Ut., Joe, Don and Mrs. Leonard (Olive) Ahlstrom all of Salt Lake City; Ted of Granger; Mrs. Sam (Myrl) Heard of LaVerkin; Mrs. Clarence (Thressa) Whatcott of Provo; Mrs. Marell (Laura) Tischner of Orem and Mrs. Merlin (Georgia) Stevens of Fillmore, Ut. Funeral services were held Saturday, March 22, 1980 at 4 p.m. in the Cedar seventh ward chapel with Bishop Larry Olsen officiating. of-ficiating. The family prayer was offered by Theddore |
