Their new daughter Stacia Kylene was born at 6:24 a.m. on Jan. 1 and weighed 7 lbs. 4 oz. Stacia has two brothers and a sister. Mr. Holm is em ployed by the Cedar City Police Department. Depar-tment. The couple will receive a year's free extension of their subscription to The Iron County Record for being featured in our weekly photographic feature ."Off the Record."
