Show nice visit. Thursday, a dental appointment ap-pointment took Arvilla and Becky Williams to Delta. Pam Wheeler had to take daughter Wendi to Cedar, to see the doctor Friday. It's no fun being sick. Well, Fred and Tom Dear-den Dear-den were speaking of Scott and Thresa Carpenter, and Saturday they stopped for a short visit. Remember - most of us -find that it's hard to take advice from someone who needs it worse than we do. X ROBERTA CONDE Fred, the dogs and I.drove through a blizzard Monday to to Salt Lake for Fred's doc -tor appointments and his 3 treatments. We then returned return-ed to Delta early to attend Census school for 3 days. We have a large district to cover. We are not saying that those pot holes in the side streets are deep, but after Fred pulled out of one, that was the maddest Chinaman China-man I ever heard. Becky and Billy Williams and children, took off for a 3 day short vacation to Vegas. Now super good Chinese food on Sunday nights at the Border Inn. Still goodMexi-can goodMexi-can food on Friday and Saturday. Sat-urday. Ellen Hyde is helping with the cooking and baking of the goodies. When Carter told everyone to 'trim the fat' one Fillmore Fil-lmore peace officer took it to heart. He got rid of his "Dunlap'. A dunlap is when the belly has dunlap -ped over the belt buckle. He is now 4 inches taller. Right, Ed Phillips? The Garrison school children, chil-dren, all 6 of them, are getting everything together. They are thinking of ways to make money for their annual field trip to a big city. Last year they toured Provo and this year they voted to return to Salt Lake City and Park City. They look forward to this outing from one year to the next. Work hard kids, we are all for you.
