Show Yukon, where they plan tn spend up to a month. Adamsville Greenville Bessie Edwards Arthur Blackner was in Milford to attend the funeral services of his sister, Mrs. Hazel Kesler. He spent two days there staying with his daughter, LaRee Stewart. Mrs. Shirley Bradford and DoraJean Bailey visited here this week, and also worked at the Cemetery. Mrs. Donna Morris has been in Salt Lake to visit her mother, Mrs. Esta Cox, who is a patient at the LDS Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Orson Blackner and family, presented pre-sented the Sacrament Meeting Meet-ing program in the Greenville Green-ville Ward Sunday evening. -Connie Fails and children also helped. Connie and her family, and Mrs. Helen Williams, Wil-liams, JoAnn's mother, and Mrs. Carol Williams and family, were visitors in the ward. An enjoyable 4th of July was had by all attending in Greenville this year. The guns went off at 5 a.m., the Flag raising at sunup, the breakfast at 7 a.m., the parade at 9:45, followed by a program at 10:00 a.m., dinner and sports at Pon-derosa Pon-derosa Park, and the fire works at night made it a very full and rewarding day. Visitors from out of town to enjoy the holiday were Mr. and Mrs. Hal Chesley, and family, and several friends, from Salt Lake CityjMr. and Mrs. Roy Chesley, andfami-ly; andfami-ly; Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Chesley, and family, and several of their friends from California. All of these returned to their homes on Monday. Cullen and Mary Ann Williams, Wil-liams, Chad and Carolyn, left Wednesday for Grand Canyon, Can-yon, to take their turn with the mule string. Laurie and Kevin Lee, of Cedar City visited here Saturday Sat-urday and Sunday with James and Lilly Williams. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Ferguson were inCedarCity Friday on business. On Saturday andSundythey were in Pinto, taking their cattle to the farm there. Mrs. Margaret Morris, of Phoenix, came to spend a month with the Fergusons. Mr. and Mrs. George Hudson Hud-son and Mr. and Mrs. Tass Claridge traveled to Overton, Over-ton, Nevada Monday. They will visit there a few days before returning home. Ralph Fordham spent a few days in American Fork and Salt Lake this week. He also attended the Democratic Demo-cratic Convention. Visitors at theClydeMur-dock theClydeMur-dock home for the holidays were Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Cummings, and baby; Mr. and Mrs.DennisMerrill, and family, all from Salt Lake City. They returned to their homes Thursday. Betty and Mike Huber, of California, have moved into the former Emma Williams home. They are planning to build in Adamsville in the near future. Ray and Afton Kesler were in Salt Lake the past week. Tom Bartlett returned to his work in Arizona Thursday, Thurs-day, after spending the holidays holi-days with his family. Sandy Edwards is a patient pa-tient at the Beaver Hospital this past week. Golda Williams had her niece and family, of California Cali-fornia spend some time here last week. Euginia Hutchison spent several days with her parents, par-ents, the Clarence Hutchison's Hutchi-son's this week. She is employed at the Rest Home in St. George. The Kuman Meservy's have two relatives with them to help with the farm work for the summer. They are Daniel Meservy from Whit-tier, Whit-tier, California; and Dan-ette Dan-ette Nelson from Leona Valley, Val-ley, California. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Cunningham Cun-ningham went to Las Vegas on business. They plan to stay several days. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Cos-per Cos-per left Monday for Las Vegas, then on to Bakers -field, California, then on to Sierra Vista, where Mrs. Cosper will visit with two of her sisters. Mr. Cos- per and the sister's husbands, hus-bands, will then travel to |
