Show Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Low, all of Beaver; Mrs. Kay Thornley and boys of Sandy; Debbie Winn of Salt Lake City; grandpa and grandpa Tolley; and friends of Brad's from Piute, Cedar C ity and Beaver. We, Janet and Marion Walker, enjoyed our trip into Nevada and Calif, with the Wilsons, but it's always nice to get back home. Con- ' sequently, I didnt have time for much news this week. IH do better next week. Library at Honolulu, Hawaii. She flew to Wheat Ridge to visit with her sister so Hamp and Beniti drove up to visit since they hadnt seen Sophia for quite some time. Wanda Munk and the John Easton family attended a Cox family reunion at Price, Utah over the weekend. About 125 people were there. They met at the Price City Park for meetings, games, visiting and a picnic. Sunday evening at Sacrament Sacra-ment meeting, Brad Gale was honored a t a farewell testimonial. He will leave home August 19th to go to the language training school at BYU. He will fill an LDS mission to Buenos Aries South Argentina mission. The Gale family gave the program as follows: Brian, talk; sister Tara played a piano solo; Nancy, talk; 3-year-old Tricia sang "I Am A Child of God"; Gayle Gale, talk; Ron, talk; family song; Brad, talk. Closing remarks were by Bishop Leon Gay and President Nielson. Relatives Rel-atives and friends attending were: Mr. and Mrs. Hal Gale and children, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Gale and children, all Cedar City; Mr. and Mrs. Steve Gale , Mr. and Mrs. Albert Gale, Mr. and Mrs. A rnell Gale and family, and 387-2787 Janef Waker .387-2881 Mr. and Mrs. Max Baxter, accompanied by their grandson grand-son Rodney Heslington, took a three -day tour through the parks, taking in Grand Canyon, Can-yon, Bryce, Zion, and Pipe Springs. They had a very enjoyable trip as the weather It was very cool after all the f storms. It Sunday, August 8, was the ; Bruno-O'Leary family re- union held at the Mt. Nebo 5 Canyon Park. Mr. and Mrs. 5 Max Baxter and grandson 5 Rodney, and Mr. and Mrs. 8 M itchell Baxter, Debbie and 5 Todd, attended. There were S 139 descendents gathered, n It was also a celebration for jj Iona's mother's 83rd birth- S day, Mrs. Sophie Bruno of 8 Moroni. S Beniti and Hamp Burke S have just returned from a g vacation in Colo. While there 8 they were overnight guests of n Jim and Inez Beers atCraig. 8 They spent several days with 5 Beniti's nieces, EliseBroug- & ham and Sophia McMillen at 8 Wheat Ridge, Colo. Sophia is & employed at the University n |
