W alker , son of M r. and M rs . Theman E. Walker of Mil-ford. Mil-ford. The couple is planning a September 4th wedding at the United Methodist Com munity Church of Milford. Miss Baxter is a 1976 graduate of Milford High School. Mr. Walker is also a native na-tive and is presently employed employ-ed by the Union Pacific Railroad.
