The district dis-trict will have all the powers pow-ers and duties provided by law for such districts, including, in-cluding, but not limited to, the power to annually levy taxes upon all taxable property prop-erty within the service district dis-trict and the power to impose im-pose fees and charges to pay for the services to be provided pro-vided by the service district. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the 6th day of May, 1976, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M., at the Comm ission Chamber in the Beaver County Court House In Beaver City, Utah, at which time and place said Board shall hear and consider con-sider all interested persons desiring to be heard. The Fire Commissioners for the existing South Mil-ford Mil-ford Fire Protection District have elected to convert said existing district to the proposed pro-posed special service district, dis-trict, so the proposed Beaver County Special Service District Dis-trict No. 2 will include and take the place of the existing exist-ing South Milford Fire Protection Pro-tection District. The area proposed to be included includ-ed in said district consists of the following: All that portion of said Beaver County lying west of the following line Commencing Com-mencing at a point where the range line dividing Range 9 West and Range 10 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, intersects the Beaver-Millard county coun-ty line, and runningthence South along said range line to the Southwest corner of Section 6, Township 30 South, Range 9 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; thence East 1 mile to the Southeast corner of said Section 6; thence South to the line dividing Townships Town-ships 30 and 31 south, and being the Beaver -Iron county line.
