Show NOTICE OF INTENTION PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 7th day of July, 1975, the-mayor the-mayor and city council of Milford, Beaver County, Utah, passed and adopted a resolution declaring the Intention In-tention of creating In said city SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT IMPROVE-MENT DISTRICT NO. 1 of Milford, Beaver County, Utah. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN by the city council of Milford, Utah, of its intention in-tention to make the hereinafter herein-after described improvements improve-ments within said SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT and of the further intention of said council to levy assessments as-sessments as provided by the laws of Utah on the property line within said district benefited by the making of such improvements. IMPROVEMENTS The improvements gener ally described are to consist of necessary grading and constructing of a sanitary sewer and to excavate, fill, drain, grade and do all other miscellaneous work necessary neces-sary to complete the installation instal-lation of a sanitary sewer in a proper workmanlike manner. man-ner. Thenamesof the streets and parts thereof to be thus improved are as follows: North 500 West Street from the middle of West Center Street to the middle of West 200 North Street (8 -inch sewer line). West Center Street from the middle of the intersection intersec-tion of North 500 West Street to the middle of the intersection intersec-tion of North 600 West Street (8-inch sewer line). West 200 North Street from the middle of the intersection inter-section of North 500 West Street ' to the existing city line on West 200 North Street (8-inch sewer line). ROUND ARTTTR shall have the right to file in writing a protest to the creation of the SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT or to make any other objections objec-tions relating thereto. Protests Pro-tests shall describe or otherwise identify the property prop-erty owned by the person or persons making the protest. Protests shall be filed with the City Recorder of Milford, Mil-ford, Utah, on or before 4:00 o'clock P.M. on August 6, 1975 thereafter, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on August 6, 1975, the city council will meet at the city office to consider all protests so filed and hear all objections relating re-lating to the proposed SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT. OF THE DISTRICT The herein described improvements im-provements shall be called SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, the boundaries boun-daries of which are as follows: fol-lows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 14, Block 10, Lewis Addition of Milford Mil-ford Town Plat running thence South along the West line of an existing alleyway ( 1,122.09 feet more or less to the Southeast South-east corner of Lot 13, Block 19, Milford Heights of Milford Town Plat thence West along an existing lot line 505.00 feet more or less to the Southeast corner of Lot 12, Block 17, Milford Heights thence North 118.87 feet more or less to the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 4, said Lewis Addition thence East 195.00 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 3, said Lewis Addition thence North 1,000 feet more or less to the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 11, said . ESTIMATED COST The total estimated cost of all improvements is $13,-231.25 $13,-231.25 of which the city's portion is $2,646.25 and the remainder in the amount of $10,585.00 is to be paid by assessments to be levied on all blocks, lots, parts of blocks and lots, tracts or parcels of property bounding, bound-ing, abutting upon, or adjacent ad-jacent to, the improvements or which may be affected or specially benefited by the improvements to the extent of the benefits to such property prop-erty by reason of the improvements. im-provements. Assessments shall be made according to the frontage of the property on the streets or alleys to be improved. It is estimated that there will be no cost for purchasing purchas-ing or condemning property to be acquired in order to make the improvements in this district as it is believed that it will not be necessary to purchase or condemn any such property. The estimated unit costs of the improvements of the property to be assessed are as follows : Sanitary sewer line -$5.48 per lineal front foot. There shall be an allowance allow-ance for corner lots to be apportioned as defined and provided fpr in the Ordinance Ordi-nance of Milford, Utah, and the laws of the State of Utah. The whole or any part of the assessments may be paid without interest within fifteen fif-teen (15) days after the ordinance or-dinance levying the assessment assess-ment becomes effective. If the assessment is paid in part, the unpaid balance shall be payable in substantially equal installments over the period of time installments are payable with interest on the unpaid balance at a rate or rates not to exceed ten percent (10 per annum as provided in the assessment ordinance.
