Show L v HAROLD T. BROWN New Area SCS Supervisor Assigned A. W. Hamelstrom, State Conservationist, Soil Conservation Con-servation Service, announces announc-es the transfer of Harold T. Brown to Richfield as Area Conservationist, replacing Clyde Larsen, who retired. Mr. Brown will supervise SCS operations In eleven counties In southwestern Utah. Mr. Brown is aformer native na-tive of Wayne County. He served in the Air Force in the South Pacific during World War n. Prior to working work-ing with SCS, Mr. Brown was employed by the Bureau of Public Roads and Bureau of Land Management. He joined the Soil Conservation Service Ser-vice In 1957 as an Engineering Engineer-ing Specialist at Richfield. In 1962, he transferred to the Sevier River Basin study staff In Richfield and was later la-ter transferred to Salt Lake City. Prior to returning to Richfield,, he was River Basin-Watershed Planning Staff Leader. |
