In response to an appreciated apprec-iated invitiation from "Red", it is my intention to update school patrons twice monthly by way of a short column about items which may be of interest or concern to Beaver School District Patrons. My goal is to further an improved public awareness of School District developments and concerns. The process used will !e to: 1. Interpret present Beaver School District programs and proposals as applied to the local need. 2. Discuss Beaver School District problems as well as successes. 3. Report on current items, trends, or issues being considered con-sidered or practiced elsewhere else-where which may be of interest in-terest or have application to Beaver County Schools. 4. Respond to patron questions ques-tions submitted in support of, or In opposition to, ajiy school concern - - so long as the question is not malicious in intent and is of genuine con-cer. con-cer. It is hoped that this process pro-cess will provide that the school patron public can thereby become more currently cur-rently appraised of school operations. As a result, we would hope to improve the effective performance of the educational family. |
