Munk went to Price, Utah to attend the funeral of her brother-in-law, Carter Nason. The services were held on Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Loss (Marilyn) and Jamme from Lamar, La-mar, Colorado and Linda Moore and friend, Paul Fortune from Hemet, Calif, visited with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Moore. Enjoying Christmas dinner at the home of Mrs, Rosalie E. Cook were her parents, Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Koch, her daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie S. Wright and children, Teresa and Lance of Clearfield and sisters, Mr. and Mrs. F. B. Hansen of Richfield Rich-field and Mr and Mrs. M. E. Handley of Milford. Mr and Mrs. Blaine Sims of Memphis, Te.nn. were visitors over Christmas with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Williams. Wil-liams. Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Hardy also were here from San Diego, where he is stationed in the Navy. Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie S. Wright and Teresa and Lance of Clearfield are spending spend-ing the Christmas holidays with Mrs. Nora Wright and Mrs. Rosalie E. Cook of Milford. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Schramm spent Christmas with their son, Mr. and Mrs. Darryl Schramm. Also there were Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Mapes. Mr. and Mrs. Warren Fern-ley Fern-ley and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Thompson were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Wilkin and family and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Thompson of Cedar City for Christmas. Mr. and Mrs. Keith Fernley of Las Vegas were here visiting uncle, Mr. Ross Fotheringham, with Mr. and Mrs. Carl Thompson, Thomp-son, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Fern-ley Fern-ley and Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Johnson over the Christmas weekend. Sunday Mrs. Vvs Baxter received re-ceived news of the death of her who has been a patient in the Veterans Hospital in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Baxter spent Christmas day in Spring-dale Spring-dale visiting Mr. and Mrs. Jack Fotheringham and family. Mr. and Mrs. Rod Ogden and b;.by Cheryl of Springdale were holiday visitors at the home of Jerry's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Price. Home to spend the holiday with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Acklin were their son, Will of Tooele and daughter, Linda and her roommate Miss Helen Mamas, both of Salt Lake. Spending the week with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Doug Gilliam are Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Ron-nie Gilliam (Linda) and baby Susan of Long Beach, Calif. They will remain for the New Year holiday. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Hollis spent the Christmas holiday with their son and daughter-in-law. Neil and Lois and family of Las Vegas. Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Dalton of Thousand Oaks, Calif, were visitors vis-itors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Clark Dalton and family over the holiday weekend. Mrs. Thelma Dalton, mother of Lyle of Parowan also was a guest of the family, on Christmas day. Mr. and Mrs. Doug Gilliam Jr. and children, Vicki and Glade of Granger were Christmas Christ-mas weekend visitors at the home of Doug's parents, Mr, and Mrs. Doug Gilliam, Sr. Mikel Schow has returned from his tour of duty in Vietnam. Viet-nam. He was discharged from the Army Dec. 14 and will remain re-main in Milford for awhile. Bill, who was home on leave from from the Navy for Christmas, will leave Wednesday for Dam-neck, Dam-neck, Va. Beach, Virgina to report for duty in the U. S. Navy. Both youg men are the sons of Mr. and Mrs. Jake Schow of Milford. Mrs. Jim Smithson reports flhat the V. F. W. are still collecting col-lecting any and all kinds of U. S. stamps. They may be left at the News office or with Mrs. Nora Wright. Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Walt McCulley were their son, George of the University Uni-versity of Utah and daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. David Eppich and three children child-ren of Elkhart, Indiana. Also the father and mother of David, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Eppich and their daughter Mary Ann of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Albert B. Smith and family of San Diego, Calif, and Mr. and Mrs. John Smith and family of Cedar City were guests of their mother, Mrs. Ethel Smith for the holiday. Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Tribole are their grandson Mark, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill 'Tribole of Bountiful, Utah and Seena Nakhaee, originally or-iginally from Tehran, but who is now making his home with his uncle, Ronnie Baharie of Tustin, Calif, to go to school. Mr. Baharie is a friend of the Tribole family and is remembered remem-bered by many local friends. Former residents, Mr. and Allen Martin, now attending B. Y. U. is spending his holiday partly at his home in Page, Arizona Ari-zona and at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Tomsick. He will return to Milford for the |
