Show HICKMAN FAMILY J HOLDS REUNION Twenty-six descendants of the Des Hickman family wer jl in Milford over the June 26th! week-end for a gut-togeth-1 ad reunion in th-e "old ho.n town." Enjoyi .g their visit with cou-? fins, old neighbors and pa--ti"j schoolmates were: ; Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Hick-., man of Carson City, Nevada: , Newlyweds. Mr. a'"d Mrs. 'Zeky Hickman of Las Vega?. Nevada; Mr. ad Mrs. Hubert Hickman of Maena, Utah, Mr. and Mrs. S'an (Flma) Voorhees, Mr. and Mrs. Pete (Evelyn) Van Wens-veen, Wens-veen, and children; Mr. and Mrs. Mike Thurston, all of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Leon (Erma) Smith of Beaver. Mr. ad Mrs. Bill (Carol) Reeves oi" Kcarns and Mr. and Mrs. Bob (Peggy) Martin and 4 children of Seattle, Wash, and Mr. and Mrs. Ferris (Betty) Thurston of Bountiful. Also a granddaughter raised by Des a"d B-rtha, Mr. and Mrs. Al (Donna) Durrant of Salt Lake. A good time was had by all and a promise to repeat the visit soon. Pes Hickman passed away in 1943 and Bertha in 1955. As of this date, there are 11 living children, 39 grandchildren, 58 great-grandchildren and 7 grea-great grea-great grandchildren. |
