Show COUNTY GETS $64,164 CHECK FOR TAXES A single check this week enriched en-riched Beaver County tax coffers cof-fers by $64,164. The taxpayer: Utah Power & Light Co., one of the largest single taxpayers in the county and second largest in the state. The utility's check to Beaver County was part of a Utah State property tax payment totaling to-taling $5,070,018 and shared by 26 of the state's 29 counties. coun-ties.
